How long do your products last?

Our freeze-dried products can last up to 25 years when stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Once opened, we recommend consuming within a few months for best quality.

Do your products contain preservatives?

No! We use no artificial preservatives. Our freeze-dried and shelf-stable products are made with real, wholesome ingredients only.

Do your products contain common allergens?

Some of our products contain allergens such as dairy (yogurt bites), eggs (freeze-dried farm fresh eggs), and honey. Each product listing includes ingredient information. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Do you ship your products?

Yes! We ship across the US. Shipping times vary by location — most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We make our products in small batches to ensure the freshest quality. Some items are kept in stock while others are made to order. Product listings will note if an item is made to order or has a longer processing time.
